HSE OFFICER TRAINING

An individualized plan is always formulated on the contents of the safety professionals’
training program, taking the work experience and development needs of the trainee into
account.

Cronos HSE officer training

The training program produces new occupational health and safety top experts for
industrial worksites and for other challenging environments.

Applicants accepted into the
training program are selected on the basis of entrance examination, know-how &
educational background.

The program consists of two theoretical parts and a period of
internship. Duration of the training program is 3 weeks + internship under guidance of a
mentor.
Having completed the theoretical parts of the training, a mentor will be designated for the
fresh HSE officer to guide the student in problematic situations and questions throughout
the internship period.

Mentors and trainers are selected from the midst of our experienced
officers, who guide the student to become a top expert in their field.

“HSE officer must know his own work site-specific safety instructions thoroughly”

Student will be awarded with a training certificate once the theory and internship periods
have been successfully completed. Up next, Cronos sends the freshly graduated HSE
officer for customer’s service and will follow up on the career development of the graduate.
Thus, Cronos takes both care of the clients’ needs and of that the competence of our
officers will stay on sufficient level to fulfill them.
